Shipping Concerns and Product Returns

We work with FedEx and the USPS.  The specific courier for your package is selected based on your provided delivery address.
Since we tailor each garment upon order (remember: luxury can't be rushed), we will need two (2) days to make the garment. You may expect to receive your moondaze goodies seven (7) working days after you place your order. 
You may expect to receive your tailor-made designer moondaze goodies seven (7) working days after you place your order.
We regret the inconvenience that a damaged or incorrect garment could cause.  If this happens, you may e-mail  We will arrange the return shipping label and will immediately process the full refund of the item to the exact credit card, debit card, or PayPal account where your payment was made.
Free standard shipping is offered for any order with a minimum of two (2) pieces.  A shipping fee of USD 5 is added at checkout if only one (1) piece is ordered.

moondaze currently ships to the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong.  

We launch shipping sales to other countries from time to time, so be sure to sign up for the Dzzed Dispatch newsletter to be the first to hear about these exclusive limited-time offers.
You may return your order if you are not happy with it for any reason within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your garments.  One teensy request from our end.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.  We reserve the right to withhold any refund if the items are returned in worn condition.
We accept PayPal and credit card payments from all major international credit and debit cards.  We have partnered with Stripe, one of the most reputed payment gateways to ensure that your credit card payment processing is properly secured.
All you need to do is e-mail to initiate a return request. We request you to include your Order Confirmation Number so we can easily assist you through the process.
It takes about a week for our warehouse to receive your returned garments.   We will then refund the full cost of the items less a USD 5 restocking cost.  Your refund will be credited to the exact credit card, debit card, or PayPal account where your payment was made within seven (7) days from the date your return reaches our warehouse.
You'll receive your tracking number and the link to the tracking site via e-mail when your garments are shipped. In the meantime, sip some tea, go party, find a date, live a little. 

Ordering Online

Of course.  We’d love to hear that our designers’ items are being given to your loved ones.  You may simply indicate the billing address and recipient of your order at the Checkout page.
Hold your horses while we build the necessary technology to allow you to change your order.  In the meantime, you may cancel your existing order and place a new order in case you would like another one.  
You may e-mail with twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order to cancel it.  We will refund the full amount charged to your credit card of PayPal account within seven (7) days of the confirmation of your cancellation request.
